movie maker freezeing frames problem

sometimes when playing in the time line some frames freeze for 2 or 3 frames
then continues. its just the video, the audio is not interrupted. when you
save the movie the freeze is in it.
but the movie doesn't have freeze frames in the collections part.
the other day I made a movie it played fine in MM2 but once saved it had
freezing frames.
This happens mostly when titles are inserted or if its more than 2min
I don't know if this is the same as the person in a post below this one was
having or not.
any ideals would be helpful

Its nice to ask for help and all I get is 6 virus sent to me.
