MM2.0 crash with transitions

I have uploaded to MM2.0. Whenever I select a transition
or effect the program crashes. I've reinstalled and still
no resolution. All other functions appear normal.

Can anyone either tell me how to solve the problem, or how
to properly uninstall MM so I can cleanly reinstall and
see if that fixes the problem (MM does not show up in
Add/Remove Programs).

For me it was the divxaf.ax code, I renamed it as you suggested.
