can't complete the saving process..

good day ,, and happy new year to everyone ...

I am trying to save a 45 minutes movie file in the avi-pal format ,, but it
gets about 40% saved and then comes up with a error message about being
unable to save the file ,,,
I have enough disk space,, and all the source files are in place ,,,
When closing wwm2 after that I get a " microsoft visual c ++ runtime library
window.... RUNTIME ERROR R6205-PURE VIRTUAL FUNCTION CALL

I am able to save the project as a "video for local playback 2.1 mbps pal"

Any ideas??
