Default How do they replay?

Hello: For purchasing a camcorder, I also searched
the Internet. Quite a lot of manufacturers there, such as
Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Hitachi, Sharp, etc. Each maker
has dozens of models, the prices range from hundreds to
thousands! During the searching, Canon Optura xi, Sony
DCR-TRV33, Panasonic PV-GS70 caught my eyes.

BUT none of them shows the ways to replay the recorded
DV on PC and TV. Do we need to buy extra hardware or
software for the replay? Is the replay on PC and TV a
complicated work?

I hope you tell me your experience and knowledge.
Thanks!

Replay on a TV is easy and I think most of them come with a 3-wire RCA cord
(you know - the yellow, white and black connectors). They plug into the
camcorder and into the TV or VCR. The hardest thing might be knowing how to
work the VCR.

Playing on a PC is another matter. There are various ways to achieve it, but
most of them require some kind of additional hardware and or software.

See the Camcorder section of www.papajohn.org to see some user comments
about the various brands and models.
