The file for video transitions and effects is missing

I am a newbie to Movie maker but when I try to launch the
application I get the following error:

The file for video transitions and effects is missing.

I can't find anything posted on Microsft about this. I
have tried re-installing but I still get the error.

Anyone else ever see this?

See the Setup... Software and the Problem Solving... MM2 Will Not Install
pages of www.papajohn.org

I guess one of the DLLs or the main executable isn't right. It's an unusual
message.

Mine keeps crashing but I get no error message. Would
appreciate it someone could give me some tips or advice.

PapaJohn - I didn't see this particular error message on
the Software and Problem solving page, but none the less I
will try re-registering some of the dll's as recommended.
