Default converting and compressing mpeg video to wma

Hi

i have a video demo which is currently in mpeg format,
and too large to put onto my server.

i imported this video into windows media player and tried
to save the movie, but it only saves the audio.

can anyone tell me how I convert the original file to a
compressed format for the web.

Thanks

You might be able to do it with Movie Maker, but it'll depend on the MPEG
file and your codecs. See the Importing Source Files... Video Clips page of
my website.
