I have a cannon MV550i and had the same problem as you until I changed the aspect ratio (under tools/options/advanced in MM2) from 16:9 to 4:3 this fixes the problem >-----Original Message----- >Please help > >When i first purchased my camera mm2 would download movies fine. It is irrelivant what settings your project are set at. When using the capture mode, MM2 captures what it is given..no more than that. How you choose to use that data is another issue all together. I have just done a test capture, just in case, and it works perfectly in either 16:9 (on tape) or 4:3 (on tape) and with MM2 set in both 16:9 and 4:3. May I suggest to both of you that if changing the aspect ratio makes the difference between being able to capture or not, then you both have a fundamental flaw in your installation of MM2. Exactly what it is, I don't know, but I think I would consider removing the program, cleaning the registry and then reinstall MM2. All the best..... |
