Cannot Capture Video with Moviemaker

For three months I have my computer in three repair shops at least 7 times,
I was charged twice,however I still cannot load pinnacle studio DV 8, I
managed to load Uleadvide/7 which I use with A belkin F5U503-APL
3 port firewire card, My JVC GRDVL 915U has never
been detected with microsoft moviemaker or Ulead. I am at the end of my
limit with the first issue of WindowsXP home. Need help bad.
