wmmutil.dll

i've downloaded mm20enu.exe and installed it but i am
still getting the same error:

"The ordinal 161 could not be located in the dynamic link
library WMMUtil.dll."

i've also tried downloading and replacing the file as
well.

please help!

But, I just read through them and - to date - there doesn't seem to be any
clear answers about the issue or what to do. Read them over and see what you
think
