You need to install the Intel Application Accelerator. It is on their
website. Thanks folks, this was real valuable information !
Had the same promblems on a system with MSI board (with intel chipset) That system worked perfectly in the past but after a reinstall of Windows XP video capturing didn't work any more with the same "Jumping" pictures as Jim mentioned Serached like mad, finally even suspected DX 9.0b, but would never have thought of Intels IAA Anyway, reinstalling the Chipset software utility and the IAA finally fixed it. |

By the way, it seems that just running the Chipset Software Update Utility made the difference
Intel mentions that this is necessary under Win XP with 845 (and other) Chipsets prior to installing the IAA ! (I had blue screens without that, running just the IAA) |
