Default Remote desktop in the same session

Excuse for my English, I have some problems with this language.

I like to connect by Remote Desktop to a server in order to see the same
desktop of the session which actually run on the server (the login user of
remote desktop are the same of the login of the server).
I need to know how happen in the desktop and see all message boxs and
windows applications on the server.
If it's impossible, how can redirect the message box to an another PC?
thank you,

You can connect to the console if you're running terminal services/remote
desktop on Windows Server 2003. On your workstation, try

start | run
mstsc /console <enter>

and enter the hostname of the server you wish to connect to.

This isn't available in Remote Desktop for Windows XP Pro, or in Terminal
Services for Windows 2000 server. For those you'd need something like VNC.

mstsc /v:servername /console
