network

I have set a network to my laptop I can shared folders
but require to get all of the folders on the laptop.I
have gone into the maagment console and can see the
shared folders with a $ sign and belive that this sign
should be removed but how I cannot edit them please can
someone help if i have to go on as administrator how do i
log on as this
