Default SIP Communications Service Sign-In

When I am signing into my company's SIP server, I cannot even enter a
username and password during the 'Sign-in to SIP Communications Service.' I
am only allowed to type in my sign-in name (e.g. my email address)? Is there
a setting I am missing. I am currently using XP SP2 which was originally Win
XP Home.

Greetings Jimmy,

After you get through that screen, it will ask you for more credentials if required.
