Default File tranceive between Windows Messager and MSN Messager

I used WindowsMessager. When tranceiving some files between windows messager
and MSN messager, I often got a failure notice. Why? And we are all closed
firewall.

Please help me.

Greetings Rui,

If you're transferring any file with a Windows Messenger client, a direct connection between
you and your contact must be established. Anything like a firewall, non-UPnP enabled router
will stop it.

As such, you might consider installing MSN Messenger and use that instead of using Windows
Messenger to avoid these problems.
