i need help!

I have been trying for one month to sign into msn
messenger and i cant.. it keeps telling me that my pasword
or signin name is incorrect.. and im pretty sure its
right. i need help.. or steps to help me find the
problem.. i would really like to get on it... and my
windows messenger wont even sighn me in.. it says the same
and it gives a number 0x1000303 what does taht number
mean?????

This error code indicates that your password is incorrect. If you're using a @hotmail.com or
@msn.com address, can you login via http://www.hotmail.com ?
