Hi Sir Zack,

Hm, maybe there's something in the Event Viewer; click Start, then Run, type "eventvwr.msc"
and click OK, click Application on the left-side, then look for Error's from the
"MsiInstaller" source. The most recent one should be it, assuming you haven't had any other
problems with a Windows Installer. Double-click the Error, and look in the Description field
for a more accurate description of the problem. If you post this description (there may be
multiple errors in the Event Viewer, so post all of them), it'll make it much easier to
figure out what's going on in your particular case.
