Default MSN Voice connection

I just recently changed from COmcast (cable) connection
to a T1 line (FDN Florida Digital Network) and can no
longer use the MSN voice connection. I have a tech person
that says we need to find the proper port number (he says
there are 65,000 of them)
Anybody know how I can proceed to find the proper port
number so I can use the voice again. He says that the
issue is the firewall.
Appreciate your help.

Greetings Norm,

Actually Messenger makes uses of ports 5004 through 65535 UDP; so if they're blocking
specific ports, you will need to open all of them.
