Default IM in an Enterprise Environment

I need to use IM in an entreprise Environment, in wich I can restrict the
contact list of all users in my domain.
Enable/Disable IM for an specific user.
Does anyone know of an IM that have these features ?

Thanks in advance.

Greetings Cesar,

I think for this scenario, a local server for instant messaging (you also get the advantage
of logging too) would probably be best; like Live Communications Server:
http://office.microsoft.com/livecomm

You could also use something like IMLogic:
