windows mess and msn mess

i have windows mess and msn mess but windows shows im on
line all the time i have checked the settings and they
are set not to start when i switch on but it does as i
dont use it i only want to use msn mess can anybody give
me some advice on this matter i do no i cannot uninstall
windows mess
