Windows Messenger 5.0 bandwidth Video/Audio

We are in a planning phase in a LCS project and need
numbers on bandwith usage from Windows Messenger 5.0 with
audio and video enabled. My plan is to set up one
centralized Live Communication Server. We know the
numbers for scale of users, but not on bandwith. Tried
to find something on the internet, but with bad results.
