Problems with self as a contact

I imported a contact list (.ctt) that included myself as
a contact and am now listed in my 'All Contacts' group.
Messenger will not let me delete the contact and will
sign out automatically when I do so. Odd behavior also
includes the ability to block myself! However now that
I'm blocked, I can't unblock myself. Also I see myself
as offline when clearly I'm not.

Re-installing did not solve the problem either. I need
to somehow remove myself from my contact list.
