cannot connect to messenger or hotmail account

Hello there
I can get the internet explorer, but cannot sign in with
my passport to access my hotmail or messenger account.
WhenI sign in it says my email address or my password
haven't been recognised.

Can anyone help!

I know this sounds rather bad, but are you sure you're entering your password and Passport
e-mail address correctly?

If you'd like to try resetting your password (which should be no longer then 10-12 characters
for compatibility purposes), you can do so here:
