Signing in

I am running Windows XP Professional, Office XP Professional and Messenger
4.7 with add in for email. If I sign out and then sign in again I get a
blank screen with the following: //my.msn.com/default.armx'>here. I then
have to click the home button to get to the home page.

I have reloaded XP a number of times and have had the same trouble each
time. How do I get XP to sign in correctly?
