Event Log System Errors

My Event Log regularly displays the following error:

*** ID 10000 *** Unable to start a DCOM Server:
{FB7199AB-79BF-11D2-8D94-0000F875C541}. The error:
"The system cannot find the file specified. "
Happened while starting this command:
C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe -Embedding

What is the cause and what should I do to avoid the warning?

You'll see this if you've forcibly removed Windows Messenger (or renamed the folder or
similar). Besides ignoring these the easiest thing to do would be to simply reinstall
Windows Messenger from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/messenger/download.asp
