error 0x81000301

ive got that prob at mo. come this evening i will have had it for 2 days, how long did everyone else who no longer have it go on for? ive tried all the methods of sorting it mentioned and they dont work. i cant access my emails either

When you say you can't access your mail either, I assume you mean you can't access your
Hotmail e-mail from the Hotmail website? If so, what are you seeing when you try to connect?

i have has this same problem for almost 2 weeks now, and
i really need it fixed so if anyone knows why it
happens...msn has nothing about it on their web page, and
this "thing" is disabling me from contacting anyone at
customer service because we cannot send emails from and
msn site.
