Remote Assistance

I have family members that can ask me for remote
assistance but I can not help them because it says it is
not install or it is disabled.

What app piece am I missing?

you must enable remote assistence on your computer. try
going into the System Properties (on the remote tab) and
checking if your computer has remote assistence enabled.
