MSN Messenger and MSN webpage- Cant sign in

Everytime i try to enter my hotmail account and
sign into MSN, im either redirected to a search engine
or on MSN messenger it keeps saying my username
doesnt exist or my password is incorrect. When i try
to change my password or create a new account im still
redirected to another search engine!
