Greetings Joyce,
I don't completely understand your question, but if you have an e-mail account setup in Outlook, then your e-mail will download in there. As for removing names off the sign-in list, just click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, you can remove accounts by clicking the passport you wish to delete [denoted by (Passport)], and then click the 'Remove' button. Hi Joyce,
"Outlook" is a program, sbcyahoo is your ISP. I'd suggest contacting them (SBC) to get whatever the problem is there resolved. 'Administrator' is your account, so you'll want to click that. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Messenger/MSN Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "Joyce" <yoytyan@sbcglobal.net> wrote in message news:6064902E-5CBA-46F4-A228-20DFDBC13D51@microsoft.com... > Outlook is not my default email, sbcyahoo is, and I only have 2 icons in user accounts, > Mine for adminastrater and one for guest, do I click on that? thanks, Joyce |
