Default outlook express and windows messenger

Why is it that when I received mail in sbcyahoo I also get it in outlook? and why can't I delete some of the signin name off my drop down sign in screen that I can't use anymore? thanks, Joyce

Greetings Joyce,

I don't completely understand your question, but if you have an e-mail account setup in
Outlook, then your e-mail will download in there.

As for removing names off the sign-in list, just click the Start Button, then click the
Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and
then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network
Passwords'. In the window that opens, you can remove accounts by clicking the passport you
wish to delete [denoted by (Passport)], and then click the 'Remove' button.

Hi Joyce,

"Outlook" is a program, sbcyahoo is your ISP. I'd suggest contacting them (SBC) to get
whatever the problem is there resolved.

'Administrator' is your account, so you'll want to click that.
