Default Upgrading Messenger

I had a previous version of MSN Messenger version 5 and I
downloaded the current version which is version 6. I
cannot seem to find the old version of Messenger, but I
think it may be on my system. Any ideas?

Default Re: Upgrading Messenger

Greetings Chris,

MSN Messenger 6 will not upgrade Windows Messenger (4 or 5). In fact if you remove Windows
Messenger fully, features like Remote Assistance, Whiteboard and Application Sharing will no
longer function.

If you really want to "see" the old version, click Start, then Run, type "msmsgs" and click
OK.
