popup messenger

I am getting an internet explorer message that says error
and no matter what I do it keeps popping up, for
instance, error at line 21, or whatever. I don't unstand
what this is. I tried calling Hewlett Packard for help,
it is a new computer Windows XP Home Edition (8 days old)
I waited on the phone for almost four hours with Hewlett
Packard and kept getting disconnected. Also when I try
to print from Work Perfect. I get a Fax pop up, I don't
understand this either. Is there any computer I can buy
that won't do these crazy thinks. I am returning the
Hewlett Packard tomorrow. Thank you.
