Greetings Todd,
You cannot use Groups on an Exchange IM server, as the server does not support it (which is why the option is grayed out). As well the 'Chat Rooms' are for MSN Chat only -- you can't configure it to take you somewhere else (Exchange discussion groups or otherwise). ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Windows MVP, Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "todd" <tmuscat@kastlepoint.com> wrote in message news:034601c3522f$e5976270$a501280a@phx.gbl... > I need to enable chat rooms and Groups within Windows > Messenger on XP.
