Can't get my e-mails

I was at work doing some cleaning and for some reason
stopped receiving E-mails all together. This only
happenes under one of my accounts. I have 2. Is there
something I can do to start getting my emails again? it
doesn't happen under this emailaccount. But under my
other one I cannot receive one doggonit e-mail. And this
one is my main address Bori523@hotmail.com
