Default Please help! Can't used OE since upgrade to XP.


Since I upgraded to XP, I can no longer get into Outlook
Express - it is asking me for a password. Not an email
password, but the password for each individual
*identity*, before OE actually opens. I know I have
never set a password for it, as I have been using it
daily for years.

It's not for email, though, it's the actual Identity -
the screen you can use to switch between users in OE.
Also, I'm the owner of all my domains, so I don't think
it's something Comcast could help with
