Default Installation Sequence of Windows XP SP2

Hi everyone,

I'm setting up a new PC with Windows XP. Right after the OS
installation is completed, I installed XP SP2. Then,
followed by all other applications and their respective
service packs and patches.

Should I install XP SP2 again after I finished the
installation of all my applications to get the latest
Windows updates? Will these applications replaced SP2 files
that I installed before them?

Thanks,
-YK

You have taken the least problematic method of installing your software. You
will not have to re-install SP2.
