Change Regional Settings Automatic

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to change regional settings
automatic? Either from a command prompt, script, GPO or
whatever. My scenario is as follows:
I use HP t5000 thin clients and Altiris Deployment server
to change configuration on the t5000. The client is joined
to our domain that is a Windows 2000 level domain. The GPO
for the domain is updated with the .adm files from Windows
XP SP2. The HP t5000 comes delivered with English regional
settings delivered as default and I want to change the
language and the keyboard layout and all other stuff to
Swedish by default and I want to make this as automatic as
possible so therefore is my question. Is there anyway to
change regional settings automatic for HP t5000 thin
client? I have otherwise solved many of the other problems
that I have bumped into but I can't find any solution for
this particular problem. Any help is appreciated. Thx in
advance.

So you gays here mean to tell me that no one ever hade
this problem before me then :P
If someone has any idée on how to do please help me then.
