Hard Drive crashed, Re-Installed, Missing Fonts!!!

My hard drive crashed and I got a new one and reinstalled everything (I
actually had someone do it professionally.) but I just realized a lot of the
fonts that I had are now missing. They aren't freeware fonts either, so I
can't get them online unless I want to pay like $40. Is there a disk that I
missed or something? Why did I use to have these font, and now I don't, and
how can I get them back?? Please, please help!
