SP2 Upgrade - Key Problem

When trying to install SP2 I get an error message stating
that the Windows security key is incorrect. The CD I
have is the genuine article.

How do I go about getting a replacement key from
Microsoft?

You say the CD is genuine, what about the Product Key?
The key and not the CD is the issue.
