Anyone having problems with this web address should realise its been cut in
two. Paste on the second part and it will work. Microsoft will send out a CD
with Service Pack 2, free of charge. Though you may have to wait as long as
6 weeks to receive it, assuming that you speak English. If however you speak
a different language, such as Mandarin or Spanish, the two most spoken
languages on the planet, you'll have to wait 'til mid-September to order and
possibly November to receive. Still its good that they're doing it for free.

You should register for the CD as soon as possible (when the website will
let you do it in the language you need). I did that a number of weeks ago
(even though the website "said" we couldn't order for a few weeks) and
received my copy two days ago. Sooner is better! <g>
