Default Xp & Sata


I have a problem with installing windows XP proffesional
on my computer. I have a Sata hard disc and when i start
setup i become an error screen that i dont have any hard
disc drives. But with installing win98se i dont have any
problems. Please help.

You need to put your SATA drivers on a floppy.
During the XP install it will at some point say...push F6 if you are installing
to a (SCSI/RAID/non EIDE) drive
By pushing F6 XP will look to your floppy drive for drivers...it will only look
on the floppy
