Default deleting files

i am having troble with trying to remove some files that
windows is not allowing me to remove.
The problem is when looking in explore i have about 20 to
30 folder all with different folder names but all
contaning the same end exe file:-

example:-
C:\3e7e533f8b70d561c79910c8d41648cf\sp2\update.exe
C:\6dbefdebef0af91c926cbfb678ab\sp2\update.exe
C:\14a5d48a039e30b84e14867371\sp2\update.exe

If i click the exe i get a SetupError Setup could not
find the update.inf file needed to update your system.
How can i delete these files?????
Why are there so many all to the same exe????
Is there a way off turning of windows file protection to
remove them???

Paul,

if you are sure that you can safely delete them, have a look at
