I upgraded to a 120 GB hard drive, what's the easiest way
to make my 30 GB my slave and transfer all my files to new drive and make the Master? |

Easiest way?
Symantec Ghost or Symantec Drive Image does the job very nicely. But they cost money. Usually each new HDD comes with a utility that will also do the job, but it will take A LOT longer to do with the supplied utility. Take this opportunity to do a completely new install.. disconnect printers
et al, reinstall XP, install SP2, then anything else that you have..
