Default Windows Xp cd rom

I bought my computer with programs preinstalled. I need the disc to install
some program features that were not installed.

How do I get a copy of the cd and is there a cost to get it?

Dmk,

From the mfr of your computer!

Some mfrs do supply the CDs while others do NOT! They will likely charge you
for the CD and again that will vary from mfr to mfr.

Personally, I'd advise against anyone buying a PC that does not come with
CDs!!

The mfr may have installed the installation files on a hidden partition on
your HDD. A call to their Tech Supt line should tell you if this is the case
or not, along with how you can get the CD and how much they will charge you.
