Setup Hanging

I am trying to rebuild my XP HOME. I have booted from CD
with installation disk in, it starts to go through the
setup, then it hangs on: SETUP IS LOADING FILES (GENERIC
USB HUB DRIVER).

I have restarted it twice, I have swapped HD, same
results. Does anyone know what it could be? Possibly a
bad CD?
