Just installed a new board and chips. PC posts OK, but the screen just sits
there. I cannot even get into CMOS (to change boot sequence to DVD so I can reinstall XP). No warning messages or extra beeps. Suggestions? Thanks |

No warning messages or extra beeps. Nothing to do with XP probably. Try booting from a floppy, if even this does not work then it is not an OS problem. |
