Nothing happens when I click on User Accounts in the Control Panel. It's as if the link or path has been broken. All the other links seem to work, though sometimes when I open "Add or remove programs" the list doesn't appear, and I have to go back and open the dialog box again. But my immediate problem is that i can't access the user accounts information.

Then go to the Users and Groups section. This interface is much easier to work in that the fluffy Control Panel way. Good luck. |

Thank you. That allowed me to revise my account from an administrtor to a user only. I don't see how I can add accounts, but I don't need to for now.
