Default Same for all accounts even if new one created...

....I have added about 5 users to the PC and everytime a user logs in for
the first time, we would have to go in and change all the settings so
they are the same for all users.
Is there something I can use that will allow me (as Administrator) to
make all the changes I like on one account and then apply those to all
accounts (and future ones) made?
E.g. Map network drives, icon sizes, screensaver properties etc.

Someone suggested:
See "How to Copy User Data to a New User Profile"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811151) and
"How to Create a Custom Default User Profile"

But that did not solve my problem of settings being the same for
everyone.
