I needed to retain files that hadn't been backed up when my original xp home would not load properly. I used a new xp home cd and loaded a new instance under winxp, leaving windows directory intact. I get the expect dual boot window listing xp home and can successfully boot to the new instance
Is there some convenient way to remove the original version? I cannot get it to start (runs forever) enough to work with it booted Thanks. |
