Installing xp pro

during setup I receive 2 messages. First on is cannot copy
d:\i386mfc42.dll to c:\windows\setup\mfc42.dll and cannot
copy d:\i386migisol.exe to c:\windows\setup\migisol.exe.Do
you have any suggestions.
