I'm having a problem with an upgrade from Home edition to Pro. I get a BSOD
with STOP 0x000000C2. I think the problem is that I forgot to disable Norton AV (2004) before starting. The only other possible cuilprit is a Logitech webcam. I have tried using DISABLE to get round the problem but I need a definative list of services to stop. thanks Graham |
