BSOD on upgrade from Home to Pro edition

Default BSOD on upgrade from Home to Pro edition


I'm having a problem with an upgrade from Home edition to Pro. I get a BSOD
with STOP 0x000000C2. I think the problem is that I forgot to disable
Norton AV (2004) before starting. The only other possible cuilprit is a
Logitech webcam.

I have tried using DISABLE to get round the problem but I need a definative
list of services to stop.
