Default moving /profiles to /documents and settings?

We are upgrading from NT4 to WinXP.
The XP setup did not move the accounts from /windows/profiles to /Documents
and Settings.
How do I do this?
Thanks /Howard

"Documents and Settings" does not contain "accounts". It merely
contains profiles.

WinXP may actually have done the right thing. Before you change
anything, do this:
- Start a Command Prompt.
- Type this command:
set UserProfile
What response do you get?

The response is /windows/profiles/wyoming, which is correct.
What next?
Thanks again, Howard

This means that WinXP did copy the old WinNT profiles.
If it was my machine then I would leave the profiles there.
If you don't like it then consult these articles:

- Tip 2771 in the 'NT Reg Hacks' at http://www.jsiinc.com
- MS KB Q236621
